BO2 still plays terrible for me but MW3 seems to be dialed in pretty great.
One thing I've noticed for myself is gameplay deterioriates at around 7 pm Pacific Standard time. I think I remember reading about bandwidth limits providers use during the weekdays that's in affect during peak hours. For some reason that's the only time I can play. You think it'd be the other way around but I guess it goes back to choking your connection.
